Feel Super. Be Super. Employment Opportunities with BLC.

Not all heroes wear capes – some wear scrubs. Sure, nurses can’t fly, but tell that to the nurse who made it from one floor to the next in 3 minutes flat, Fitbit pulsating as their 20,000-step goal is reached. Not all heroes wear capes. Some never miss the vein on a blood draw or forgo the opportunity to stay late to decorate for a resident’s special birthday. Some heroes spend hours pouring themselves into planning and then preparing the most delicious meals and desserts just so they can watch the smiles burst forth when taking that first bite. Other heroes jump to action when needed to lend a helping hand or clean a room. At BLC, we are looking to hire more superheroes to add to the joy of our locations. Our residents don’t live where we work; we work at their home. Check out some of our available positions that will leave you feeling like a hero each day.

States Tested Nurse Assistant (STNA)

The STNA works directly with residents performing day-to-day care. These heroes wear wings; they are the social butterflies who ensure residents interact with other residents and employees. BLC offers in-house training for the STNA certification at no cost! Apply here.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Closely resembling the Superhero Flash, RNs are always on the move ensuring accurate, detailed reports, while monitoring all aspects of resident care from medications to diet. Becoming an RN is a great way to provide for our BLC family and your family at home. Apply here.

Dietary Aide

These team-players work alongside our other heroes to create friendly and personalized dining experiences. Their superpower is their interactions with residents and staff during fast paced, stressful times. Taking meal requests in a restaurant style setting can be hectic. They are able to manage this, yet stay calm and collected ensuring residents enjoy every lucious bite of their nutritious meals. Apply here.

Make one of our BLC locations in Northern Kentucky your Gotham City. BLC offers medical vision and dental insurance to all eligible employees. Happy employees mean happy residents. You are important to us, and we’re here to make sure you are taken care of and your experience at BLC is super!

Whether you hold a degree, a certification, or a GED, BLC has a place for you!
