Baptist Towers Independent Living

Spacious Independent apartments and private and semi private personal care rooms give the opportunity to the residents of the Towers to age with choices. Independent living, independence with assistive service and personal care level of care can be provided at Baptist Towers without the resident ever leaving the building they have chosen as their home.
Encouragement is given to each resident to remain as independent as possible, yet the facility provides him or her with the services to meet their needs. for supportive services when necessary. Each unit is provided with emergency call mechanisms that are monitored by the 24-hour personal care staff.

The dining experience is superior to most in the beautifully decorated  Dining Room. Linen tablecloths and napkins mantle each table. Beautiful lighting sets the mood for a peaceful pleasurable mealtime experience.

The Munro House at Baptist Village

The Georgian columned entrance to the Munro House continues the Southern farm ambience of the Baptist Village of Erlanger. The 58 independent living units of the Munro House and the Grand Room which connects this building to the adjoining Long House were built with HUD guaranteed financing in cooperation with a group of investing partners under the IRS Tax Credit code.

This financing mechanism with Baptist Life Communities as managing partner to provide lower middle income residents with quality housing in beautiful and gracious surroundings at affordable rates in keeping with the ministry of Baptist Life Communities. All residents in this building must qualify as lower middle income financially.

The Grand Room was built to provide a gentle ambience for social activities, concerts, and exercise as well as being the beautiful centerpiece dining room for the campus. With its fireplace, grand piano and Victorian seating areas, this room provides gracious dining atmosphere for meals.

The Housing Manager is available on a full time basis to qualify potential residents in the required income and asset application process and to provide case management and coordination of services to meet the needs of the residents of this facility.

The Munro House main entrance as well as access through the adjoined Long house is secured after hours to assure the residents confidence of secure surroundings.

Each unit is provided with emergency call mechanisms that are monitored by the 24-hour personal care staff of the adjoined Long House.

In addition to the Grand Room, the Munro House has a separate meeting room for informal gatherings and meetings. A covered patio off the chapel of the adjacent Long House building was built with funds provided by a Grant from AT & T, facilitated by a relative of a Munro House resident and labor from Baptist Builders.

Condominiums at Baptist Village

At the campus of the Baptist Village of Erlanger is a condominium grouping of 32 units.  This housing is located on cul-de-sac streets adjacent to the main campus.

The long term leased units have lovely railed porches,  the convenience of individual attached garages that provide direct access to their living units, and  includes cable television wiring as a part of the lease agreement fees. Though designed for independent living, the residents of these condos are included in the event calendars for the main campus,  have the choice of participating in special events if they so choose, afforded the option of using the equipment in the Wellness Center in the Long House, and  provided the convenience of weekly onsite banking at the Long House location.   

All residents of this condominium grouping are included in the security of the system’s continuum of care which provides the peace of mind that when or if it becomes necessary to use the home health or care centers they will be considered as a current client of the  Baptist Life Communities. 

The condominiums are located nearly next door to the Erlanger branch of the Kenton County Library and all of its offerings, and  within minutes of  grocery, both bargain and upscale shopping centers, independent banking centers,  and the hospitals. In close proximity to physician offices  as well as St. Luke West and St. Elizabeth Medical Center, South.

Griesser Farm in Burlington Kentucky

In the rolling countryside near Burlington, Kentucky, is the newest of the Baptist Life Community sites.  The first phase of this campus, twelve condominium units, are currently in place. The Burlington area was recently chosen by CINCINNATI MAGAZINE as one of the desirable areas in which to live in the Northern Kentucky Tri -County area.     

These condominiums have several floor plans with both two story and one story with unfinished basement models included. 

The campus plan for the Griesser Farm location is one of a continuing care retirement community.   In addition to the existing condominiums, the senior services campus plan, based upon focus studies, may include apartment living, assisted living, independent patio homes and other health care services available on the picturesque rural setting.
